Course Description
The Customer’s Quality Expectations are key drivers for any project, in order to deliver successful outcomes. Quality management is essential for assuring a successful delivery and therefore a defined approach to building quality into
each project is a ‘must’. The key to successful projects is to ensure that quality management is an integral part of project delivery.
This course covers the nature of quality and its special application to projects. This is done by looking at planning for quality delivery, and then assuring and controlling quality throughout the project, thus ensuring the delivered product or service is fit-for-purpose throughout its life cycle.
